CANTEXT

Loblaw launched an East Asian store in store on PC Express. Starting from naming, the goal was to find something that feels like home across different cultures. The result is Mart Asia, chosen for its clarity, a simple, modern name that signals a curated destination for East Asian flavors.
The logomark draws from the traditional tiled roof, a shared architectural element across East Asia. It acts as a symbol of heritage and a sense of trust, bringing everything together under one roof. The identity balances cultural depth with modern simplicity, positioning Mart Asia as a premium yet accessible destination within PC Express.
