Discover The Journey

CONTEXT

GO Transit launched “Discover the Journey” to reframe public transit for newcomers in Ontario, many of whom carry very different expectations of transit shaped by experiences back home.

Rather than focusing only on functionality, the campaign centered on emotional moments made possible through travel. Across four online films told in 10 languages, we followed real newcomer experiences through stories of reconnection, exploration, and belonging, from a father finally visiting Niagara Falls after only knowing it through an old wedding photo. Supported by social, digital, and OOH activations, the campaign positioned GO Transit not just as transportation, but as part of building a new life in Canada.
