RGC aimed to reach Ontario young adults at risk of gambling harm, where betting often feels casual and skill based. The challenge was to educate without lecturing, delivering stigma free tools that feel relevant and culturally respectful.

As costs rise, betting shifts from entertainment to a perceived way out for many young men. The idea tackles the gambler’s fallacy, reframing betting as risk, not a plan.
Luck is a feeling. Winning isn’t.
When everything feels lucky, it’s easy to believe you are. The idea cuts through that illusion: gambling is always random.
